Empire State Building

We went to the Empire State Building after the wax museum. We were told that the view on the top is best at night time than during day time. We had to walk around 10-15 minutes from our hotel to get here. The building is located in 5th Ave. between 33rd and 34th streets and a couple of blocks away from the famous Gray's Papaya hotdogs which I highly recommend.


At the ground floor lobby of the building. We were asked to pick-up our tickets first on a store to the left of the lobby.


We went up to the Observatory after picking up the tickets. This picture was taken inside the elevator on the way up to the 86th floor of the building.

There is also a higher floor observatory (102nd floor) for an additional 15 USD but it was closed during that time.
